A native of New Hampshire, Josh graduated from Baylor University with a dual-major BBA in Professional Sales and Business Fellows. Josh joined Shaw Industries in 2020, where he started on the commercial/residential flooring segment of the business. While working alongside school boards, superintendents, hotel and restaurant owners, and many other commercial end users, Josh grew his commercial business significantly in the mid-Atlantic. Following his time on the flooring side of Shaw, Josh joined Shaw Sports Turf in 2022 and made his way back to southern New Hampshire, where he and his wife reside.
