Jake McIntosh represents Shaw Sports Turf as a Territory Manager in Tennessee, Kentucky and northern Georgia.
A native of Dalton, Georgia, Jake comes from a football family. His father, John, played offensive lineman for Bear Bryant at the University of Alabama. Jake, also a standout football player, was a four-year letter winner at linebacker for the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles. Jake graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2012 with a degree in marketing.
He joined Shaw Industries out of college as an intern at Shaw Learning Academy where he worked with new hires and supported day-to-day operations for sales trainees. Jake joined Shaw Sports Turf and took over his territory in 2012.
"Throughout my collegiate football playing career and 9 years of experience in the synthetic turf industry (all with Shaw Sports Turf) I’ve had the chance to live, work, and play in many different areas. The experiences and customers I've been fortunate enough to work with have given me a vast knowledge in all things synthetic sports turf. I've worked with clients on everything from small turf agility areas to some of the nation's largest multi field complexes! My passion is using all these experiences to help guide potential clients to a turf system and solution fit that help them meet and exceed their team goals."
