Dunbar High School
Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, home of the Wildcats, is a comprehensive high school located in the Stop Six neighborhood of Fort Worth, TX.
Formal education in the Stop Six area began in 1907 with the Rustville School, which became part of the Fort Worth Public School System in 1924. The school was renamed Paul Laurence Dunbar in 1938. As a member of the UIL, Dunbar competes in 9 varsity sports, with notable success in basketball and track and field.
