Paragon Sports Constructors is a turn-key contractor of natural and synthetic turf sports fields and running tracks based in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 30 years of sports construction experience they are one of the premier sports field and running track contractors in the South Central United States. Paragon Sports Constructors is a member of the American Sports Builders Association and remains focused on quality construction practices, choosing to partner with top brand name manufacturers of synthetic turf and track surfacing to provide clients a consistently high-quality project from planning to first use.

It all started in the 1970’s with a father and son asphalt paving company.  They quickly earned a reputation for high quality paving surfaces and soon, contractors were seeking their skill to pave running tracks.  The business of paving running tracks eventually grew to constructing tracks and then to installing the new all-weather surfaces that were growing in popularity.

The increasing use of synthetic turf and the growing demand from customers for turn-key construction of their sports facilities led the company to add sports field construction to its services.  By the early 2000’s the little father-son paving company had become one of the premier turn-key sports contractors in the South Central United States.  With success came interest from investors and the need for a more experienced management team to continue their growth.  In 2009 the company was sold and renamed Paragon Sports Constructors.

Since 2009 it has been Paragon Sports Constructors’ goal to maintain growth and continue the history of constructing quality sports fields and running tracks for customers large and small without abandoning the personal attention that came through humble family beginnings.   Paragon still employs many of the key personnel and field crew from the predecessor company, further ensuring construction quality and consistency. 

Paragon Sports Constructors believes they have a responsibility to provide customers with the finest construction services and work product available on the market; to provide employees with a safe and healthy work environment; and to be a good corporate citizen by giving back to those customers and communities that support Paragon.

Character
Character is often defined as moral and ethical strength, trustworthiness, fairness and respect.  Paragon Sports Constructors expect employees to live through these traits and do the right thing, all of the time, even when it is hard and no one is looking.  That is their character and what you should expect when you work with the company.

Capability
Capability is possessing the expertise and resources to accomplish the task on-time and to the highest standards.  Simply put, Paragon invests in people, their greatest asset.  Quality personnel translates to quality work product and their management and field crew are some of the most experienced in the industry, many having at least 20 years of experience in sports field and running track construction.  Owning their own equipment and employing full-time field crew allows them complete control of any project, no matter the size and scope. 

Concentration
Paragon is a contractor and specializes in the turn-key construction of sports fields and running tracks, not the manufacturing of turf or track surfacing products.  Paragon believes that the research and development of your sports surface is best left to the manufacturing experts, however, unlike the manufacturers, Paragon self-performs all aspects of the construction process, including the installation of your sports surface.
